Abstract

Ovaj rad detaljno je istražio logističke procese u poduzeću Teva, jednom od vodećih svjetskih proizvođača generičkih lijekova. Fokusirajući se na kompleksnost i izazove farmaceutske logistike, analizirali smo ključne elemente Tevine logističke strategije.
Teva se ističe svojom globalnom prisutnošću i velikim obimom distribucije lijekova, što zahtijeva sofisticirane sustave upravljanja zalihama, integraciju informacija i napredne tehnologije praćenja. Važnost preciznosti, sigurnosti i efikasnosti u svakom koraku lanca opskrbe naglašena je kao ključni faktor u održavanju konkurentske prednosti i ispunjavanju visokih standarda farmaceutske industrije. Teva kontinuirano radi na održavanju održivosti svojih logističkih operacija, s posebnim naglaskom na smanjenje ekološkog utjecaja i usklađenost s regulatornim zahtjevima, čime se osigurava integritet proizvoda i povjerenje potrošača.

Abstract (english)

This paper extensively explores the logistics processes at Teva, one of the world's leading manufacturers of generic pharmaceuticals. Focusing on the complexity and challenges of pharmaceutical logistics, we analyzed key elements of Teva's logistics strategy. Teva stands out due to its global presence and extensive distribution of pharmaceuticals, necessitating sophisticated inventory management systems, information integration, and advanced tracking technologies. The importance of precision, security, and efficiency at every step of the supply chain is emphasized as crucial factors in maintaining competitive advantage and meeting high standards in the pharmaceutical industry. Teva continues to prioritize the sustainability of its logistics operations, with a particular focus on reducing environmental impact and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring product integrity and consumer trust.
