Abstract

Müller je njemačka tvrtka za proizvodnju raznih mliječnih proizvoda sa sjedištem u Fischachu u njemačkoj pokrajini Bavarskoj. Osim na domaćem njemačkom tržištu, Müller je također aktivan na raznim tržištima diljem Europe i šire. Agencija za sigurnosne standarde Rhineland grupa iz Njemačke certificirala je Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH za uvođenje i korištenje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom prema Njemačkom institutu za normizaciju DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 i odobrava implementaciju u tvrtki u redovitim auditima. Osim toga, postaju procesi koji služe optimalnom ispunjavanju standarda kupaca, uvijek iznova gledani i cijenjeni. Važni ciljevi poduzeća Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH su kontinuirano poboljšanje ovih procesa i prilagođavanje poduzeća potrebama kupca. Muller primjenjuje upravljanje kvalitetom u svim svojim poslovnim procesima, posebno u svojem lancu distribucije, uz pomoć visoke tehnologije i specijaliziranog kadra. Kvaliteta nije samo prisutna u proizvodnji, već i u svim drugim organizacijskim jedinicama - prodaji, orijentaciji prema kupcima, ljudskim resursima, sigurnosti poslovanja, pristupu upravljanju, projektiranju, razvoju i unapređenju kvalitete. Muller implementira ISO normu 9001:2015 u skladu s globalnim uvjetima poslovanja kako bi se predstavila kao ugledna, respektabilna i ozbiljna tvrtka na tržištu. Priručnik kvalitete dodatni je poticaj tvrtki da ostvari učinkovite i progresivne financijske rezultate temeljene na profitabilnosti, a kvaliteta je temelj kojim Muller pokreće svoju organizaciju.

Abstract (english)

Müller is a German company for the production of various dairy products based in Fischach in the German province of Bavaria. In addition to the domestic German market, Müller is also active in various markets throughout Europe and beyond. The safety standards agency Rhineland Group from Germany certified Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH for the introduction and use of a quality management system according to the German Institute for Standardization DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and approves the implementation in companies in regular audits. In addition, they become processes that serve to optimally meet customer standards, seen and appreciated again and again. The important goals of the company Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH are the continuous improvement of these processes and the adaptation of the company to the needs of the customer. Muller applies quality management in all its business processes, especially in its distribution chain, with the help of high technology and specialized staff. Quality is not only present in production, but also in all other organizational units - sales, customer orientation, human resources, business security, approach to management, design, development and improvement of quality. Muller implements the ISO 9001:2015 standard in accordance with global business conditions in order to present itself as a reputable, respectable and serious company on the market. The quality manual is an additional incentive for companies to achieve efficient and progressive financial results based on profitability, and quality is the foundation on which Muller drives his organization.
