Abstract

Svako poduzeće, kako bi ostvarilo svoje ciljeve, mora planirati. Planiranjem se omogućuje gledanje unaprijed, tj. u budućnost, te se time olakšava donašanje sigurne odluke, a time i ostvarenje poslovne uspješnosti. Ostvarenje poslovne uspješnosti je ujedno i osnovni razlog zašto poduzeća planiraju. Ovisno o trima kategorijama planiranja postoje i različite vrste planiranja. Jedna od njih je operativno planiranje koje provodi srednji menadžment, a svrha mu je detaljnije obraditi strategijski plan. Nadalje, kako bi se isplanirano moglo izvršiti potrebno je organizirati samu provedbu plana. Organiziranje i planiranje su povezani procesi u poduzećima jer bez kvalitetne organizacije, koja je rezultat organiziranja, unutar poduzeća, ciljevi i planovi su teško provedivi. U drugom dijelu rada, preko odgovora dobivenih intervjuiranjem voditeljice Ininog maloprodajnog mjesta, donose se rezultati istraživanja organizacije i operativnog planiranja u maloprodajnoj poslovnici.

Abstract (english)

Every company, in order to achieve its goals, must plan. Planning makes it possible to predict the future and because of that possibility it makes it easier to make a safe decision, and to achieve business success. Achieving business success is also the main reason why companies plan. Depending on the three categories of planning, there are also different types of planning. One of them is operational planning, which is carried out by middle management, and its purpose is to process the strategic plan in more detail. Furthermore, in order for the plans to be successfully performed it is needed to organize the implementation of the plan itself. Organizing and planning in companies are corelated processes, because without good quality organization, which itself is a result of organizing, within the company, goals and plans are difficult to be implemented. In the second part of the thesis, using the answers after interviewing the manager of INA's retail store, the results of the research of organization and operational planning are presented.
