Abstract

Ovaj rad se bavi sveobuhvatnom strategijskom analizom i procjenom vrijednosti poduzeća
Podravka d.d., koje je izabrano zbog svoje bogate povijesti, stabilnog poslovanja te značajne
uloge na Zagrebačkoj burzi, gdje se njegove dionice ubrajaju među najlikvidnije. Primarni cilj
ovog istraživanja je što objektivnije utvrditi stvarnu tržišnu vrijednost poduzeća Podravka d.d.,
koristeći širok spektar analitičkih metoda i modela koji omogućuju detaljnu procjenu temeljnih
čimbenika vrijednosti. Ove metode uključuju financijsku analizu, analizu industrije, te procjenu
internih i eksternih faktora koji utječu na poslovanje poduzeća. Stručni doprinos rada ogleda se
u definiranju ključnih strategijskih faktora koji utječu na dugoročno pozicioniranje Podravke
d.d. na tržištu, kao i u procjeni njezine ukupne vrijednosti. Rezultati istraživanja mogu poslužiti
kao značajna podrška menadžmentu poduzeća u donošenju strateških odluka te investitorima u
upravljanju svojim investicijskim portfeljima, čime se dodatno osigurava održivi rast i
konkurentnost poduzeća na domaćem i međunarodnom tržištu.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents a comprehensive strategic analysis and valuation of the company Podravka
d.d., chosen for its rich history, stable business operations, and significant role on the Zagreb
Stock Exchange, where its shares are among the most liquid. The primary objective of this
research is to objectively determine the true market value of Podravka d.d. by employing a wide
range of analytical methods and models that enable a detailed assessment of the fundamental
value drivers. These methods include financial analysis, industry analysis, and the evaluation
of internal and external factors impacting the company's performance. The professional
contribution of this paper is reflected in the identification of key strategic factors influencing
the long-term market positioning of Podravka d.d., as well as in the comprehensive valuation
of the company. The findings of this research can serve as valuable support for the company's
management in making strategic decisions and for investors in managing their investment
portfolios, thereby ensuring the company's sustainable growth and competitiveness in both
domestic and international markets.
