Hrvatska se već dugi niz godina suočava sa padom broja stanovnika, razlog tomu je niska stopa nataliteta te migracije mladih i kvalificiranih radnika. Cilj rada je prikazati problematiku migracije i niskih plaća u Hrvatskoj. Analizirana je visina plaće u posljednjih 23 godine. Abstract (english)

Croatia has been facing a decline in population for many years, the reason for this is the low birth rate and the migration of young and skilled workers. The aim of the paper is to present the issue of migration and low wages in Croatia. The amount of salary in the last 23 years was analyzed. An analysis of the sectors in Croatia with the highest and lowest net wages was carried out.
