Abstract

U radu se opisuje višenamjenski projekt Zagreb na Savi kao i nekoliko njegovih koncepcija,
analiza mogućih investicijskih modela pokretanja i razvoja projekta s naglaskom na razradu
koncesijskog modela realizacije energetskog dijela projekta Zagreb na Savi učešćem građana
Republike Hrvatske. Razradit će se i prikazati gospodarsko-ekonomska analiza koncesijskog
modela projekta. Analizirat će se, obrazložiti i prikazati analiza troškova i koristi projekta
svakom potencijalnom ulagaču. Ukoliko bi se građanima omogućilo investiranje u projekt
koristi od projekta imale bi najbolji učinak na gospodarski i sveukupni razvoj Republike
Hrvatske.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes a multifunctional project of Zagreb on the Sava River and several of its
conception, analysis of potential investment models start and development project focusing on
the development of the concession model of implementation of the energy part of the project
Zagreb on the Sava participation of Croatian citizens. It will develop and present economic
model of economic analysis of the concession project. Also it ill be analyzed to explain and
show the cost-benefit analysis of the project to any potential investor. If you help people
invest in the project, benefit from the project would have the best effect on the economic and
overall development of the Croatian.
