Abstract

Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je analiza povezanosti između ambideksternog dizajna posla i radne uspješnosti zaposlenika u organizaciji. U ovom radu se teoretski definira spomenute pojmove i njihov utjecaj na zaposlenike i odnos prema poslu, uz provođenje i interpretaciju anketnog istraživanja.
Dobro dizajniran posao djeluje pozitivno i motivirajuće na zaposlenika, a raznovrsnost dizajna posla može dodatno unaprijediti postojeće, ali i razvijati nove zaposlenikove vještine. Osim pozitivnog utjecaja na motivaciju zaposlenika, dobro dizajniran posao je od ključne strateške važnosti za organizaciju jer se uz bolje iskorištavanje resursa osigurava i bolja radna uspješnost pa samim time i kontinuirani rast organizacije.
Empirijski dio rada uključuje anketno istraživanje ukupno 49 zaposlenika organizacije u industriji osiguranja. Provedeno istraživanje nije pokazalo značajnu povezanost između dizajna posla i radne uspješnosti zaposlenika u organizaciji.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between ambidextrous job design and employee performance within an organization. This paper provides a theoretical definition of mentioned concepts and their impacts on employees and their job engagement, along with conducting and interpreting survey research.
A well-designed job has a positive and motivating effects on employees, and job design diversity can further improve existing skills while developing new ones. Beyond it's positive impact on employee motivation, a well-designed job is of critical strategic importance for the organization because is enables better resource utilization and enhances job performance, leading to continuous organizational growth.
The empirical part of the thesis includes a survey conducted with a total of 49 employees in an organization within the insurance industry. The conducted research did not show a significant correlation between job design and employee work performance in the organization.
