Abstract

This thesis explores the relationship between individual process orientation (IPO) and job performance within organizational contexts. Traditionally used at the organizational level, process orientation is a management philosophy that emphasizes streamlining processes and increasing productivity. But there's a rising interest in learning how people's job outcomes are impacted when they adopt this perspective. This study uses a quantitative research design to investigate the relationship between important job performance measures including efficiency, effectiveness,and individual-level process orientation. Finally, the results and key findings are analyzed and discussed. The paper ends with a comprehensive conclusion.

Abstract (croatian)

Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje odnos između individualne procesne orijentacije (IPO) i radnog učinka unutar organizacijskog konteksta. Tradicionalno korištena na organizacijskoj razini, procesna orijentacija je filozofija upravljanja koja naglašava pojednostavljenje procesa i povećanje produktivnosti. No raste interes za učenjem o tome kako na rezultate ljudi utječe ova perspektiva. Ovaj rad koristi dizajn kvantitativnog istraživanja kako bi istražila odnos između važnih mjera radnog učinka uključujući učinkovitost, djelotvornost i usmjerenost na proces na individualnoj razini. Na kraju se nalaze rezultati i ključni nalazi koji se analiziraju i raspravljaju. Rad završava zaključkom.
