Abstract

Neprofitne organizacije postoje radi ostvarenja društveno značajnih ciljeva. Njihova misija određuje svrhu i vrijednosti koje zastupaju. Volonteri su srž neprofitnih organizacija, jer bez njihovog nesebičnog doprinosa – uloženog vremena, vještina i truda – organizacije bi teško mogle ispuniti svoju misiju. Volonteri ne samo da pružaju izravnu pomoć onima kojima je potrebna, već i doprinose izgradnji društvenog blagostanja kroz svoju nesebičnu uključenost.
U ovom radu istražuje se koliko volonteri doprinose ostvarenju ciljeva neprofitnih organizacija, uzimajući u obzir perspektive korisnika usluga, samih volontera i voditelja projekata. Cilj je razumjeti kako korisnici ocjenjuju doprinos volontera njihovoj kvaliteti života, kako voditelji projekata vrednuju njihov rad te što volontere motivira da se uključe u ovakve aktivnosti. Rezultati istraživanja pružit će dublji uvid u to kako volonteri pomažu neprofitnim organizacijama da ostvare svoju misiju i kako njihova uloga oblikuje uspjeh tih organizacija.

Abstract (english)

Non-profit organizations exist to achieve socially significant goals. Their mission defines the purpose and values they uphold. Volunteers are the core of non-profit organizations because, without their selfless contributions—invested time, skills, and effort—these organizations would struggle to fulfill their mission. Volunteers not only provide direct assistance to those in need but also contribute to the overall well-being of society through their altruistic involvement.
This paper examines the extent to which volunteers contribute to the achievement of non-profit organizations' goals, considering the perspectives of service users, volunteers themselves, and project leaders. The aim is to understand how service users evaluate the volunteers' contribution to their quality of life, how project leaders value their work, and what motivates volunteers to engage in these activities. The research findings will provide deeper insights into how volunteers help non-profit organizations achieve their mission and how their role shapes the success of these organizations.
