Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje upravljanje inovacijama u financijsko-tehnološkom sektoru, s fokusom na analizu usluge Paycek poduzeća Electrocoin. Ciljevi istraživanja uključuju razumijevanje uloge menadžmenta u upravljanju inovacijama, analizu doprinosa Payceka inovacijama u FinTech sektoru te procjenu strategija za njegovu implementaciju i promociju. Metodologija obuhvaća pregled literature, dubinske intervjue s članovima Electrocoina te analizu dokumentacije i javno dostupnih informacija. Rezultati ukazuju na fleksibilan pristup upravljanju inovacijama, važnost lokalne prilagodbe globalnih tehnoloških trendova te proaktivan pristup regulatornim izazovima. Zaključci ističu važnost balansiranja između tehnološke inovativnosti, korisničkog iskustva i regulatorne usklađenosti u FinTech sektoru. Rad doprinosi razumijevanju upravljanja inovacijama u dinamičnom financijsko-tehnološkom okruženju.

Abstract (english)

This thesis examines innovation management in the financial technology sector, focusing on the analysis of Electrocoin's Paycek service. Research objectives include understanding management's role in innovation management, analyzing Paycek's contribution to FinTech innovations, and evaluating strategies for its implementation and promotion. The methodology encompasses literature review, in-depth interviews with Electrocoin members, and document analysis. Results indicate a flexible approach to innovation management, the importance of local adaptation of global technological trends, and a proactive approach to regulatory challenges. Conclusions emphasize the importance of balancing technological innovation, user experience, and regulatory compliance in the FinTech sector. The work contributes to understanding innovation management in a dynamic financial technology environment.
