Abstract

RFID tehnologija koristi radio valove kako bi identificirala objekte, ţivotinje ili ljude. Ukljuĉivanjem RFID tehnologije u lanac opskrbe povećava se preciznost, te dolazi do unaprjeĊenja efikasnosti i pouzdanosti cijelog lanca. Dobivanje informacija u stvarnom vremenu pomaţe u planiranju te donošenju odluka o poslovanju. RFID omogućava dostupnost robe u pravo vrijeme i na pravom mjestu. Usprkos koristima postoje i neka ograniĉenja RFID tehnologije. Cilj istraţivanja u ovom radu bilo saznati na koji naĉin se provodilo uvoĊenje RFID tehnologije u poduzeću Konzum d.d. Istraţivanje je provedeno putem intervjua sa zaposlenicima poduzeća Konzum d.d. koji su sudjelovali u samom uvoĊenju. Nakon provedenog istraţivanja došlo se do zakljuĉka da iako RFID tehnologija ima velike prednosti, njezina primjena ne odgovara svim poduzećima.

Abstract (english)

RFID technology uses radio waves to identify objects, animals or people. Using RFID in the supply chain makes the chain more precise, improves efficiency and reliability of the entire chain. Real-time information helps with the planning and decision making process. RFID ensures that right goods are available at the right time and in the right place. Despite the benefits RFID has its limitations. The goal of the research was to find out how Konzum d.d. implemented RFID technology. The research was conducted by interviewing the employees that were a part of the implementation process. After the research, it was concluded that despite having many advantages, implementing RFID technology does not work out for all companies.
