Abstract

Svjedoci smo trenda rasta trgovačkih centara, uz istovremeni trend opadanja manjih lokalnih
trgovina, koja svojom skromnijom ponudom nemogu odgovorit sve zahtjevnijim potrebama
suvremenih potrošača. Također sve veći broj kupaca se odlučujuje na kupnju putem Interneta.
Kupnja putem Interneta zauzima sve veći tržišni udio, te mnoge velike kompanije pružaju
svojim potrošačima mogućnost kupnje putem Interneta.
Informacijska tehnologija važan je dio svakog ozbiljnog poslovanja u suvremenom svijetu pa
tako i trgovine. Na današnjem maloprodajnom tržištu koje je veoma dinamično, uspjeh
uvelike ovisi o smanjivanju troškova te zadržavanju ili ako je moguće povećavanju razine
usluga. Bez upotrebe informacijske tehnologijeto je u današnjem svijetu nemoguće. Upravo
se radio frekvencijska identifikacija predstavlja kao tehnologija koja bi se zbog svojih
prednosti mogla implementirati u trgovinu budućnosti.
S ciljem dobivanja odgovora na pitanja o informiranosti ispitanika o informacijskim
tehnologijama, te njihovim preferencijama u trgovini provedeno je istraživanje.

Abstract (english)

We are witnessing a trend of growth in shopping centers, while simultaneously decreasing
trend of small local shops, whose more modest offer cannot answer all demands of modern
consumers. Also an increasing number of customers decide to purchase over the Internet.
Buying online is gaining greater market share, and many large companies provide their
customers the option of buying over the Internet.
Information technology is an important part of any serious business in the modern world,
including trade. In today's retail market, which is very dynamic, success depends largely on
reducing costs and maintaining, or if it is possible the increasing, the level of services.
Without the use of information technology, that is impossible in today's world. The radio
frequency identification is a technology, due to their advantages, that could be implemented
in future trade.
Research has been done, in order to obtain answers to questions about informing patients
about information technologies and their preferences in trade.
