Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
Electronic commerce can be defined as pure and complete e-commerce and e-commerce partial seeing through its three basic dimensions (product, delivery method, process). Options offered on the electronic markets are available to anyone who wants to engage in online trading. It is easier way for companies to find potential customers while offering potential customers a greater choice of products or services, it's easier to get into contact with the associated product information, and the purchase itself is faster and simpler. The disadvantages or limitations of e-commerce are usually associated with fear of fraud or failure to meet the obligations of sellers, the fear of losing personal information during transactions and purchase products or services, the cost of trading via the Internet (procurement of computers, Internet access), and all occurring as a result is still insufficient information literacy of citizens, ie. the consumer.
