Abstract

Vođenje je postalo predmet intenzivnog zanimanja i poučavanja. Vođenje je najzahtjevnija menadžerska funkcija kojom se zaposlenici usmjeravaju i motiviraju na obavljanje određenog radnog zadatka. Ono što se želi postići vođenjem je slijeđenje, odnosno volja da sljedbenici slijede i pridržavaju se onoga što je vođa tražio. U teoriji i praksi vođenja postoji više stilova vođenja, od autokratskog s vođom kao jedinom razinom odlučivanja, do demokratskog u kojem se i podređeni uključuju u procese donošenja odluka.
Svrha provođenja ovog istraživanja, odnosno pisanja ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz važnosti utjecaja stila vodstva menadžmenta na percepciju i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika u poduzeću Medilab d.o.o. Prikazan je stav menadžera, odnosno koji stil oni smatraju glavnim u poduzeću za koje rade, te da li on utječe na njihove podređene i na koji način. Teoretski je definiran pojam vodstva, stilovi vodstva, te Likertov stil kao ogledni primjer podjele stilova za ovaj diplomski rad.
Empirijsko istraživanje je provedeno u poduzeću Medilab putem dva anketna upitnika. Jedan je upućen zaposlenicima, dok je drugi sličan poslan menadžerima kako bi se uspjelo usporediti mišljenja koji stil prevladava i kako utječe na zaposlenike.

Abstract (english)

Leadership has become the subject of many studies. Leadership is the most challenging managerial function used for directing and motivating employees to perform certain work tasks. In theory and practice, there are several leadership styles, from the autocratic style with the leader as the sole decision maker to democratic style with subordinates involved in the decision making processes.
The purpose of the importance of this thesis is to present the importance of the leadership style of management to the satisfaction of employees in the Medilab company. Also shown is the position of the manager and the style they considered major in the company they work for and i fit affects their subordinates and how. Theoretically are defined terms management, leadership styles, and Likert style as an example of the division of styles for this thesis.
Empirical research was carried out in Medilab company through two questionnaires. One was sent to employees while another similary sent to managers to manage comparable style of thinking that prevails and affects on employees.
