Abstract

Upravljanje zalihama jedan je od najvažnijih zadataka svakog top menadžmenta unutar nekog poduzeća ili organizacije. O količini zaliha koje posjeduje neko poduzeće ovise rezultati poslovanja. Važno je da zalihe budu na optimalnoj razini, odnosno da ih ne bude premalo jer na taj način uzrokuju probleme u proizvodnji, ali i u ostalim procesima koji slijede nakon toga. S druge strane, zaliha ne smije biti previše jer tada uzrokuju nepotrebne troškove. Vrlo važnu ulogu u upravljanju zalihama imaju zaposlenici u pojedinim odjelima u poduzeću ili organizaciji. Oni su ti koji obavljaju konkretne aktivnosti nabave zaliha, sudjeluju u samom proizvodnom procesu te prodaju kupcu gotov proizvod. U današnje vrijeme informacijske tehnologije sve je pojednostavljeno, budući da ona omogućuje efikasnije i brže obavljanje aktivnosti i zadataka zaposlenika. U poduzeću Kudelić d.o.o., zaposlenici koriste posebno razvijen informacijski sustav koji im omogućuje lakše obavljanje zadataka i praćenje proizvoda u pojedinim fazama. Zaposlenici imaju vrlo važnu ulogu upravljanju zalihama, budući da se radi o mesnoj industriji, gdje se nalazi nekoliko vrsta skladišta od kojih svako zahtijeva posebne režime upravljanja. Unutar poduzeća nalaze se skladište aditiva i začina, skladište sirovina, skladište gotovih proizvoda te skladište smrznute sirovine.

Abstract (english)

Inventory management is one of the most important tasks of any top management within a company or organization. The amount of stock held by a company dependent business results. It is important that stocks are at the optimum level, and that it is not enough, because in this way cause problems in the production, but also in other processes that follow thereafter. On the other hand, stocks should not be too much because then cause unnecessary costs. Very important role in inventory management have employees in different departments of the company or organization. They are the ones who carry out specific activities in acquiring the inventories, participating in the production process and sell the finished product to the customer. Nowadays, information technology is all simplified, since it allows for more efficient and faster performance of activities and tasks employees. The company Kudelić Ltd., employees use a specially developed information system that allows them to easily perform tasks and tracking products in certain phases. Employees have a very important role inventory management, since it is the meat industry, where there are several types of storage, each of which requires special management regimes. Within the company are stored additives and spices, raw materials warehouse, a warehouse of finished goods and raw materials warehouse frozen.
