Abstract

Elektroničko bankarstvo, a samim time internetsko i mobilno bankarstvo predstavlja sofisticiraniji i moderniji pristup bankarskim usugama. Ono omogućava banakama poslovanje s milijunima privatnih i poslovnih korisnika, uštede u provođenju različitih transakcija te kreiranje pozitivnog imidža u svijesti samih klijenata utječući na njihovo zadovoljstvo, lojalnost i vlastito poslovanje. Osnovne prednosti internetskog i mobilnog bankarstva jesu jednostavnost obavljanja transakcija, brzina i dostupnost te ušteda vremena i novca. S druge strane u glavne nedostatke ubrajaju se smanjenje provizija, pomankanje sigurnosti te gubitak radnih mjesta.
Diplomski rad „Internestko i mobilno bankarstvo s analizom među odabranim zemljama“ prikazuje same usluge, prednosti i nedostatke internetskog i mobilnog bankarstva te kroz prikaz poslovanja određenih banaka u SAD-u, Europi i Hrvatskoj pobliže približava zanimljivosti i mogućnosti takvog oblika bankarskih usluga.

Abstract (english)

Electronic banking which contains internet and mobile banking represents a sofisticated and modern approach to a variety of banking services and thereby enables banks to perform banking activities with millions of private and business clients, to cut coasts in carrying out different transactions and to create inside clients conscience a positive image towards banks without effecting clients satisfaction, loyality or their own course of business. Major advantages of internet and mobile banking are simplicity of transaction performance, speed and accessability but also money and time saving. On the other hand, some of the key disadvantages of internet and mobile banking are reduction of fees, lack of security and reduction of job positions.
The thesis „Internet and mobile banking with analisys in selected countries“ displays services, advantages and disadvantages of internet and mobile banking. Through demonstration of bussines transactions of several banks in the USA, Europe and Croatia, this thesis makes the reader more familiar with interesting facts and possibilities of the banking services of that kind.
