Abstract

Dinamično okruženje svijeta u kojem živimo konstantno je pod utjecajem promjena te se od pojedinaca, ali i društva u cjelini zahtjeva značajna razinu fleksibilnost. Organizacija i njezino definiranje te njezin temelj organizacijska struktura, značajno su napredovali proteklih desetljeća. Fokus se prebacuje s poslovnih funkcija na poslovne procese. Jedan od ključnih poslovnih procesa svake organizacije pa i organizacije Acceleratio opisane u ovome radu jest proces razvoja novog proizvoda. Za razvoj softvera koriste se razni modeli razvoja. Kao i pojam organizacije ovi modeli su napredovali tijekom vremena. Suvremene metode razvoja nazivaju se agilne metode razvoja softvera, a među njima prednjači SCRUM metodologija razvoja. SCRUM je svojevrsna metoda projektnog menadžmenta koja navodi smjernice i način rada unutar projektnog tima koji se bavi razvojem softvera. Ovaj rad pokriva teorijske pojmove vezane uz ključne riječi te na konkretnom primjeru poduzeća iz prakse predstavlja način rada korištenjem SCRUM-a.

Abstract (english)

Dynamic surroundings of the world we are living in, is constantly changing. To adapt to it, individuals, but also the society as a whole requires a significant level of flexibility The organization and its definition, as well as its foundation, the organizational structure, significantly progressed over the past decades. The focus switches from the function of the process. One of the key business processes of each organization as well as the organization Acceleratio described in this paper, is the product development process. Software development uses various models of development methods. As the concept of organization changed, these models have also progressed over time. Modern methods of development are called Agile methods of software development, and the leading method is SCRUM development methodology. SCRUM is a specific method of project management that provides guidelines and methods of work within the project team that develops the software. This paper covers the theoretical concepts related to the keywords and a concrete example of the company using the SCRUM model.
