Abstract

Motivacija za odabir teme sastoji se u dinamičnosti maloprodaje i maloprodajnih formata, njihovoj inovativnosti i strukturnim promjenama koje oni stvaraju kao i nastanak i razvoj novih formata. U današnje vrijeme sve brža pojava novih formata zahtjeva drugačiju konfiguraciju čimbenika maloprodaje čime se može objasniti aktualnost odabrane teme. Važno mjesto u istraživanju maloprodajne strukture u radu imat će maloprodajni formati, odnosno njihova zastupljenost na tržištu te maloprodajni promet.Veliki maloprodajni formati su u posljednje vrijeme postali dominantni u većini europskih zemalja, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj gdje trenutno zauzimaju oko 27% tržišnog udjela. Hipermarketi kao jedan od oblika velikih maloprodajnih formata posljednjih godina bilježi stalan rast kao i udio diskontnih prodavaonica, od početka gospodarske krize 2008. godine. Iako su mnogi otpisali male trgovine koje su bilježile silazni trend kroz protekle godine, posljednje dvije godine donose preokret i blagi porast udjela malih trgovina. Zadatak istraživanja je prikupiti i analizirati dostupne podatke s ciljem identifikacije što više promjena u maloprodajnoj strukturi koje su se dogodile u Republici Hrvatskoj te ostatku Europske Unije.

Abstract (bulgarian)

The motivation for the selection of topic consists in dynamic of retail and retail formats, their innovation and structural changes which they create as well as the emergence and development of new formats. Nowadays faster emergence of new format requires a different configuration of retail factors which may explain the actuality of selected topic. An important place in the study of the retail structure in the work are retail formats, and their presence in the market and the retail trade. Large retail formats have recently become prevalent in most European countries, including Croatia which currently occupy about 27% market share. Hypermarkets as a form of large-scale retail formats in recent years has witnessed a steady growth and the share of discount stores, since the beginning of the economic crisis in 2008. While many wrote off small shops that recorded a downward trend over the past year, the past two years brought a reversal and a slight increase in the share of small shops. The task of the research is to collect and analyze the available data in order to identify as many changes in the retail structure that occurred in the Republic of Croatia and the rest of the European Union.
