Abstract

Stalnim proučavanjem potrošača marketinški stručnjaci su došli do zaključka da na tržištu
postoje tri demografska trenda koja uvelike utječu na tržište a to su: rast broja stanovništva u
nerazvijenim dijelovima svijeta, rast broja kućanstava sa dva prihoda i te sve veći broj starije
populacije u razvijenim zemljama. Zbog ovakvih promjena se provode različite statističke
analize jer jedino ispitivanjem i analiziranjem tržišta se može doći do konkretnih zaključaka
koji utječu na tržište. Cilj je utvrditi koje zemlje imaju najviše zaposlenog stanovništva koji
rade u svojoj struci tj. rade poslove za koje su educirani ili školovani. Ovakvo istraživanje je
jako bitno za menadžere poduzeća kako bi mogli planirati svoje daljnje poslovanje na
određenim zemljopisnim područjima. Ako se poduzeće bavi prodajom ili distribucijom
uredskom namještaja neće mu biti primarni cilj otvoriti veliki broj prodajnih jedinica u
zemljama gdje je velika nezaposlenost ili gdje se većina stanovništva bavi primarnim
djelatnostima.

Abstract (english)

By constantly studying the consumer marketing experts have come to the conclusion that the
market there are three demographic trends that greatly affect the market such as: population
growth in underdeveloped parts of the world, growth in the number of households with two
incomes and the growing number of elderly population in developed countries. Because of
these changes are carried out various statistical analysis because only by examining and
analyzing the market can reach concrete conclusions that affect the market. The goal is to
determine which countries have the highest employed population working in their profession
ie. Do jobs for which they are educated or trained. This research is very important for
managers of enterprises to plan their further operation in specific geographical areas. If a
company engaged in the sale and distribution of office furniture will not be his primary goal
is to open a large number of sales units in countries where high unemployment or where most
of the population engaged in primary activities.
