Abstract

Grupno financiranje je proces u kojem jedna strana financira projekt, zahtijevajući i potom primajući male priloge od mnogo drugih strana koje dobiju u zamjenu neku vrstu vrijednosti. U zadnjih nekoliko godina doživljava izrazit rast te postaje sve zanimljivije većem broju ljudi jer svojim brzim razvitkom nudi sve više opcija osnivačima kampanja. More istražena je teorijska osnova grupnog financiranja, koja je u razvitku, te se iz godine u godinu povećava broj znanstvenih radova na temu grupnog financiranja. Cilj ovog rada je analizom kampanja, a uz pomoć dostupnih istraživanja, utvrditi koje su prekretnice uspješnosti u kampanjama grupnog financiranja. Istraživanje je utvrdilo kako teorijska osnova može pomoći u kreiranju kampanja koje imaju uspješan završetak, kako za osnivača kampanje, tako i za njegovog podržavatelja. Postoje brojne preporuke pri kreiranju kampanja te su one tražene u svim primjerima koji su analizirani. Za analizu su uzeti projekti iz Hrvatske i svijeta, i to oni koji su što je moguće više slični prema karakteristikama kampanje, kako bi rezultati usporedbe bili što relevantniji. Less

Abstract (english)

Crowdfunding is a process where one party finances the project, demanding and then receiving small donations from many other parties that receive in exchange some kind of value. In the last few years crowdfunding experienced exceptional growth and becomes more interesting to people because of its rapid development that offers more and more options to the founders of campaigns. It can be seen that crowdfunding is getting from year to year more and more specialized, and becomes a massive... More way of financing entrepreneurial ventures. This paper explored the theoretical foundations of crowdfunding, which is still in development, and from year to year increasing number of scientific papers on the topic can be seen. The aim of this work is the analysis of the campaign, and with the help of available research, to determine what milestones of success in crowdfunding campaigns are. The study found that the theoretical basis can help in creating campaigns that end up successfully, for the founders of the campaign, as well as his supporters. There are a number of recommendations for creating campaigns, and they are required in all cases that were analyzed. For the analysis were taken Croatian projects and the worlds.
