Abstract

U današnjem svjetskom gospodarstvu konkurentski napredak svakog gospodarstva ovisi između ostalog i o omogućavanju što efikasnijeg putovanja ljudi i robe. Ključna prepreka u ostvarivanju cilja efikasnog prometa je nedostatak i nedovoljna kvaliteta prometne infrastrukture. Cestovna infrastruktura i njena važnost s aspekta gospodarskog razvoja izaziva brojne učinke u fazi izgradnje, u sustavu distribucije kao i učinke na tržište i stanogradnju te produktivnost rada i kapitala. Autoceste u Hrvatskoj čine mrežu autocesta koje imaju funkciju povezivanja Republike Hrvatske u europski prometni sustav, ostvarivanja kontinuiteta E-ceste, prometnog povezivanja regija Republike Hrvatske te omogućavanja tranzitnog prometa.

Abstract (english)

In today's world economy, the competitive progress of each economy depends, inter alia, on enabling the most efficient travel of people and goods. The key obstacle to achieving the target of efficient transport is the lack and insufficient quality of the transport infrastructure. Road infrastructure and its importance from the aspect of economic development is causing a number of effects in the construction phase, in the distribution system, as well as effects on the market and housing, and labour and capital productivity. Motorways in Croatia constitute a network of motorways that have the function of connecting the Republic of Croatia to the European transport system, achieving the continuity of E-roads, transport connections of the regions of the Republic of Croatia and enabling transit traffic.
