Abstract
U današnje doba kada je jako izražen proces globalizacije i kada svijet postaje jedno veliko tržište velike multinacionalne kompanije koriste prednosti tržišta kako bi njihovo poslovanje bilo što profitabilnije. Outsourcing često podsjeća na vanjsko ugovaranje i druge poslovne odnose s partnerskim poduzećima, primjerice dobavljačima, no detaljnija definicija govori kako se outsourcingom određeni poslovni procesi prepuštaju specijaliziranim partnerskim poduzećima koja imaju mogućnost te poslovne procese obavljati kvalitetnije i jeftinije, uz zadržavanje komunikacije s poduzećem s kojim su potpisali ugovor o outsourcingu. Multinacionalne kompanije koriste outsourcing kao poslovnu strategiju pa tako ustupaju sporedne poslove vanjskim suradnicima i fokusiraju se na one poslove u čemu su najbolje. Tema outsourcinga je aktualna u ovom trenutku u poslovnom svijetu, pa su tako ciljevi ovoga rada prikazati ulogu multinacionalnih kompanija na tržištu poslovnih usluga, prikazati pozitivne i negativne utjecaje koje ostvaruju multinacionalne kompanije koristeći outsourcing kao poslovnu strategiju te prikazati primjere outsourcinga poslovnih usluga.
