Abstract

Uspjeh organizacije ovisi o njenim zaposlenicima, odnosno njihovom znanju, vještinama, sposobnostima kao i mnogim drugim čimbenicima koji utječu na njihov rad. Najvišu korist organizacije ostvaruju kada su zaposlenici zadovoljni, motivirani i predani u radu te je zbog toga vrlo bitno voditi brigu o zaposlenicima. Iz tog razloga upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima postaje sve značajnije i zahtjevnije područje unutar organizacija. Zbog velikog broja povezanih čimbenika koji utječu na radnu uspješnost zaposlenika, vrlo je važno da svaka organizacija razvije svoj jedinstven sustav upravljanja njima. Jedan od tih čimbenika, koji u današnje vrijeme postaje sve popularnija tema istraživanja, je opća životna sreća i njena povezanost s radnom uspješnosti zaposlenika. U ovom diplomskom radu nastojalo se istražiti postoji li povezanost između opće životne sreće i radne uspješnosti zaposlenika te je li prisutan utjecaj nezavisnih varijabli na opću životnu sreću i radnu uspješnost ispitanika. Provedenim istraživanjem ustanovljeno je kako je povezanost opće životne sreće i radne uspješnosti zaposlenika prisutna.

Abstract (english)

The success of an organization depends on its employees, their knowledge, skills, abilities and many other factors that influence their work. The highest value in an organization can be achieved when employees are satisfied, motivated and committed to work and, therefore, it is very important to take care of them. For this reason, human resource management becomes an increasingly important and demanding area within organizations. Due to the large number of related factors affecting employee performance, it is very important for each organization to develop its unique management system. One of these factors, which is more and more popular in today’s research, is general life happiness and its correlation with employee performance. The aim of this graduate thesis was to investigate whether there is a correlation between general life happiness and employee performance, and whether there is an influence of independent variables on general life happiness and work performance. The research has shown that there is a positive correlation between general life happiness and employee performance.
