Abstract

Digitalna transformacija uvodi strateške promjene usmjerene klijentima. Promjene koje su temeljene na inovativnom korištenju informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije kako bi se implementirali poboljšani ili novi procesi u moderne organizacije. Težnja društva za povećanjem automatizacije svakodnevnih aktivnosti je rezultat razvoja, pokretanja i vođenje elektoničkog poslovanja. Nakon implementacije tehnoloških rješenja u bankovne institucije došlo je do promjena usluga koje banke nude i općenito do promjene načina pružanja usluga putem Interneta. Tu se prvenstveno misli na upravljanje novčanim sredstvima klijenata banaka, te na plaćanje za kupljene proizvode/usluge online putem. Internet bankarstvo je jedna od najvećih promjena koja su se dogodile zahvaljujući tehnološkom razvoju. Osim Internet bankarstva, Internet je omogućio i razvoj kriptovaluta koje se temelje na blockchain
tehnologiji, a koje su danas sve popularnije te ih koristi sve veći broj ljudi. Cilj ovog rada je objasniti način provođenja transakcija na Internetu i pokazati značaj kriptovaluta u svijetu online plaćanja.

Abstract (english)

Digital transformation introduces strategy-oriented and customer-centric changes, based on innovative usage of emerging information and communication technology (ICT), to implement improved or new processes in modern organizations. Society's desire to increase the automation of daily activities is the result of the development, startup and running of an e-business worldwide. Following the implementation of technological solutions in the banking institutions, there has been a change in the services offered by banks and, in general, a change in the way services are provided over the Internet. This primarily refers to the management of bank customers' funds and the payment for purchased products / services online. Internet banking is one of the biggest changes that has taken place thanks to technological development. In addition to Internet banking, the Internet has also enabled the development of cryptocurrencies based on blockchain technology, which are increasingly popular today
and are being used by an increasing number of people. The aim of this paper is to explain how to conduct transactions on the Internet and to show the importance of cryptocurrency in the online payment world.
