Abstract

Razvoj industrije softvera na globalnoj razini unaprijedio je izvođenje gotovo svih poslova u svim ostalim industrijama na višu razinu. Kako u svijetu tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj u prošlih deset, pa i dvadeset godina, dolazi do razvoja softverske industrije koja omogućuje znatne uštede i olakšava izvođenje većine poslova na moderniji način. Softverska se industrija promiče u najbrže rastuće industriju s najvećim rastom broja zaposlenika i najvećim zaradama. S vremenom dolazi do povećanja broja softverskih usluga i proizvoda te pojavljivanja konkurencije u raznim granama industrije softvera. U tom trenutku do izražaja dolazi kvaliteta proizvoda i usluga koji se na tržištu nude. Dolaskom konkurencije u industriju softvera na važnosti dobiva kvaliteta o kojoj ovise proizvodi i usluge. Davanjem važnosti kvaliteti javlja se potreba za upravljanje kvalitetom u industriji softvera kako bi se poslovalo na najbolji mogući način i polučio najbolji mogući rezultat. Iz tog razloga važno je dobro istražiti koji su to najbolji sustavi upravljanja kvalitetom kako bi došli do željenih rezultata. Ovaj rad promatra najbolje prakse upravljanja kvalitetom u industriji softvera kao usluge, globalno i na području Republike Hrvatske. Sve se više u Republici Hrvatskoj spominje termin industrija softvera kao usluge. Taj termin označava industriju koja se pojavila prije dvadeset godina u Americi i koja bilježi svoje početke, zadnjih deset godina i u Hrvatskoj. Industrija softvera kao usluge podrazumijeva metodologiju koja predstavlja softversko rješenje s višekorisničkom arhitekturom. Prednosti softvera kao usluge jesu da korisnici ne moraju trošiti resurse na instaliranje, licence, hardversku i softversku infrastrukturu.

Abstract (english)

The development of the software industry at the global level has improved the performance of almost all jobs in all other industries to a higher level. As in the world as well as in the Republic of Croatia in the past ten years, even twenty years, the software industry is developing, which provides significant savings and facilitates the execution of most jobs in a more modern way. The software industry is promoted to the fastest growing industry with the highest growth in the number of employees and the largest earnings. Over time, there is an increase in the number of software services and products and the emergence of competition in various industries of the software industry. At that moment, the quality of products and services offered on the market comes to light. With the coming of the competition in the software industry, the importance of quality is dependent on products and services. By highlighting the importance of quality, there is a need for quality management in the software industry to do business in the best possible way and get the best possible result. For this reason, it is important to examine what are the best quality management practices in order to achieve the desired results. This paper reviews the best practices of quality management in the software industry as a service, globally and on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The term of the software as a service industry is mentioned more often in the Republic of Croatia. In this way, it is an industry that appeared about twenty years ago in America and records its beginnings in the last ten years in Croatia. The software as a service industry implies a methodology that represents a software solution with multi-user architecture. The benefits of the software as a service are that users do not have to spend resources on installations, licenses, hardware, and software infrastructure.
