Abstract

Poduzetništvo i poduzetnička aktivnost kreatori su inovacija i nove vrijednosti, ali preduvjet za njihov razvoj je poduzetnička infrastruktura. Poduzetnička infrastruktura se može podijeliti na fizičku, zakonodavnu, financijsku i obrazovno-savjetodavnu infrastrukturu koje su u međusobnoj vezi koja uvelike doprinosi uspješnom poduzetničkom ekosustavu. Iako su elementi poduzetničke infrastrukture okvirno definirani, moguće su modifikacije u sklopu zakonskih regulativa. Stupanj razvoja i oblikovanja poduzetničke infrastrukture ovisi o politici koju vlade pojedinih država provode s ciljem jačanja poduzetničke aktivnosti te ovisno o razvojnoj fazi u kojoj se neko gospodarstvo nalazi, vlade definiraju fokus politika kojima se želi jačati razvojni kapacitet zemlje i kvaliteta života ljudi. Kroz analizu komparacijom poduzetničke infrastrukture odabranih zemalja/regija - Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, Kanade, Europske unije i Hrvatske, utvrdit će se razvijenost fizičke i zakonodavne poduzetničke infrastrukture te dati prijedlozi za unaprjeđenje infrastrukture onih regija koje zaostaju.

Abstract (english)

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activity are responsible for innovation and new value creation, but the entrepreneurial infrastructure is crucial for its development. Entrepreneurial infrastructure can be divided into physical, legal, financial and educational infrastructure which work together on creating the ideal entrepreneurial ecosystem. Its elements are roughly defined, but modifications are possible based on the regulatory framework. Degree of development and formation of the entrepreneurial infrastructure depends on the government policies that are set to strengthen the entrepreneurial activity. Depending on the development phase of the economy, governments will define the focus of the policies that will target stronger development capacity and quality of people’s lives. Through the analysis of entrepreneurial infrastructure on the 4 different countries/regions - United States, Canada, European Union, and Croatia, the development of physical and legal infrastructure will be determined and the proposals for improving the infrastructure of the lagging regions will be made.
