Abstract

Outsourcing je model ugovaranja u kojem tvrtke ustupaju određene poslove vanjskim poduzećima, kako bi imali više vremena za što bolje obavljanje glavne djelatnosti. Ovaj proces je zastupljen kod većine uspješnih multinacionalnih kompanija, a u današnje vrijeme neizvjesnosti i ubrzanih promjena u poslovnoj okolini, sve više su ga počela koristiti mala i srednja poduzeća. U svijetu je ovaj model prepoznat kao dobra osnova za stjecanje konkurentske prednosti te za ostvarivanje bolje uspješnosti poduzeća. U Hrvatskoj je outsourcing još uvijek slabije zastupljen nego u ostatku svijeta, međutim u velikom je porastu, te se u Hrvatskoj očekuje još veći porast korištenja outsourcinga u budućnosti. U ovom diplomskom radu na sistematičan prikaz definiran je pojam outsourcinga te njegova primjena u svijetu i Hrvatskoj. Također je prikazan outsourcing na primjeru malog poduzeća Kreator Putovanja d.o.o. čija je osnovna djelatnost prodaja individualnih turističkih aranžmana. Poduzeće se odlučilo za primjenu outsourcinga zbog povećanja obujma poslovanja, kako bi bili što bolji u obavljanju svoje osnovne djelatnosti te je ostvarilo brojne prednosti u svojoj učinkovitosti i kvaliteti pružanja usluga.

Abstract (english)

Ousourcing is a contracting model in which companies outsource certain tasks so that they have more time to perform their main activities better. This process is prevalent among the most successful multinational companies, and in today's time of uncertainty and accelerated changes in business environments, it has been increasingly used by small and medium-sized enterprises. In the world, this model has been recognized as a good basis for achieving competitive advantage and achieving better business performance. Outsourcing is still less prevalent in Croatia than in the rest of the world, but it is on the increase, and in Croatia it is expected even bigger growth of outsourcing in the future. In this thesis, systematic presentation defines the concept of outsourcing and its application in the world and in Croatia. Outsourcing is also exemplified by the example of a small business Kreator putovanja d.o.o. which core business is selling individual travel arrangements. The company has opted for outsourcing in order to increase its business volume, in order to be as good as possible in performing its core business and to have numerous advantages in its efficiency and quality of service delivery.
