Abstract

U ovom radu objašnjava se važnost korištenja pojednostavnjenih carinskih postupaka uvoza i izvoza. Daje se pregled i usporedba pojednostavnjenih carinskih postupaka prije i nakon pristupanja Republike Hrvatske Europskoj uniji te analiza praktičnih primjera korištenja pojednostavnjenih carinskih postupaka u hrvatskoj praksi. Isto tako ukazano je na trend razvoja carinskog zakonodavstva i jačanju uloge pojednostavnjenih carinskih postupaka u bližoj budućnosti te potrebi pripreme tvrtki koje jesu ili namjeravaju biti značajno veliki uvoznici i izvoznici.

Abstract (english)

This work explains the importance of usage simplified import and export custom procedures. An overview and comparison of simplified custom procedures is given, before and after Republic of Croatia has joined The European union, with analysis of practical examples of using simplified custom procedures. It is also shown the trend of development of custom legislative and strengthen role of simplified custom procedures in near future. There is also explained the need for preparing the firms which objective is significant import and export businesses.
