Abstract

U uvjetima dinamičnog poslovnog okruženja poduzeća su prisiljena tražiti nove strategije razvoja kojima će unaprijediti poslovanje, a samim time i povećati zadovoljstvo potrošača.
Jedna od takvih strategija je outsourcing poslovnih usluga čijom primjenom poduzeća svoje snage usmjeravaju u osnovne djelatnosti, a sporedne prepuštaju vanjskim specijaliziranim partnerima koji će ih obaviti bolje, brže i jeftinije.
Ovaj rad donosi prikaz outsourcinga sa teorijskog aspekta definirajući sami pojam outsourcinga, navodeći osnovna područja primjene te prednosti i nedostatke.
Istraživački dio rada daje uvid u zastupljenost outsourcinga poslovnih usluga u poduzećima na hrvatskom tržištu kao i mogućnosti razvoja te poslovne strategije u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

In the conditions of a dynamic environment companies are forced to seak new strategies for business development. Those strategies will help them improve their performance, as well as increase consumer satisfaction.
One of those strategies is outsourcing of business services which companies use in order to focus their strenghts in core activities. On the other hand, non-core activities are done by external specialized partners who will do it better, faster and at lower cost.
This paper presents the outsourcing from theoretical point of view. It defines the term of outsourcing, outlines the main areas of use, as well as advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing.
The research part of the paper shows how frequently the outsourcing is used in companies on Croatian market, along with possibilities for development in the future.
