Abstract

Organizacijska agilnost tijekom posljednjeg desetljeća nametnula se kao budući poslovni model organizacija koje žele postati ozbiljan sudionik tržišnog natjecanja. S obzirom na dinamično okruženje u kojem postaje sve teže pronaći načine da se ostvari konkurentska prednost, sve više se istražuje njezin pozitivan utjecaj na aktivnosti organizacije. Agilne organizacije su one koje primjenjuju agilne principe i prilagođavaju svoje procese, strategiju i strukturu brzo i efikasno kako bi odgovorile na tržišne pritiske i iskoristile prilike. Međutim, nisu sve organizacije agilne koje primjenjuju agilne principe. Postoje različite razine organizacijske agilnosti i svaka organizacija treba razmotriti koja razina odgovara njenom poslovanju. Svrha ovog rada je putem istraživanja izmjeriti razinu organizacijske agilnosti JANAF-a i provjeriti postoji li takav trend u promatranoj hrvatskoj organizaciji. Rezultati su pokazali da je organizacija upoznata s agilnim osnovama, ali još uvijek nije u potpunosti agilna.

Abstract (english)

During the last decade organization agility has imposed as a future business model for the organization wishes to become relevant participant in market competition. Considering the dynamical environment in which is getting harder to find a way to establish an advantage over the competition, more researches are being conducted to explore its positive impact on the organization activities. Agile organizations are the ones which applies agile principles and adapting their process, strategy and structure in a fast and efficient way to react to market pressures and take opportunities. However, not all organizations are considered agile even though they apply agile principles. There are different levels of organization agilities and each organization needs to consider which level suits their business model. The aim of the work described in this thesis is to measure the level of organization agility of JANAF and find out if there is such a trend in observed Croatian organization. The results have shown the organization is aware of agile principles, but it still cannot be considered as a completely agile organization.
