Abstract

Kroz posljednjih desetak godina digitalne inovacije su postale važan segment poslovanja unutar bankarskog sektora, odnosno na svim razinama financijskog poslovanja. Pojavom potpuno digitaliziranih banaka pod nazivom neobanke koje se ističu agilnim i brzim pristupom te nepostojećim ili izrazito niskim naknadama za usluge, kreće neumorna utrka s tradicionalnim bankama. U radu su obrađeni ključni izazovi s kojima se neobanke susreću, zakonske regulative te kibernetička sigurnost s naglaskom na borbu protiv najvećeg neprijatelja - neznanje. Rad neobanaka detaljno je opisan na primjeru N26 Web servisa koji svoje sjedište ima u Berlinu, Njemačka.
Na samome kraju rada nalazi se primarno istraživanje prilikom kojeg su ispitivani stavovi, mišljenja te povjerenje ispitanika u budućnost neobankarstva. Napravljena je klaster analiza u Weka softveru za analizu znanja prema spolu ispitanika prilikom koje se dolazi do zaključka da postoji velika zainteresiranost i potencijal korištenja usluga digitalnih banaka kod oba spola, ali je ženske osobe potrebno dodatno i dublje informirati o povlasticama koje neobanke nude te je potrebno općenito naglasiti pozitivne strane i važnost neobanaka za budućnost bankarstva, dok su muške osobe u većem broju informirane i upućene.

Abstract (english)

Over the last ten years, digital innovations have made their way to the banking sector and raised the bar in the financial sector. With the emergence of fully digitalized banks called neobanks, which stand out with their agile and fast approach and non-existent or extremely low fees for services, a tireless race with traditional banks has started. The paper deals with the key challenges that neobanks face, legal regulations and cyber security with an emphasis on the fight against the greatest enemy - ignorance. How neobanks work is described in detail on the example of the N26 Web service with headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
At the very end of the thesis, there is a primary research in which attitudes, opinions and belief in the future of neobanks were examined. A cluster analysis was performed in the Weka software for gender analysis of respondents, concluding that there is great interest and potential in using digital banking services for both sexes, but women need additional and deeper education about the benefits offered by neobanks and theres is a general need to emphasize the positive aspects and the importance of neobanks for the future of banking, while men are more informed and genuinly interested.
