Abstract

Distribucija zelenih proizvoda obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava jedan je od najvažnijih čibenika uspješnosti poslovanja. Zeleni proizvodi su specifični zbog svojeg kratkog roka trajanja, osjetljivosti u transportu te je njihov nastanak često udaljen od velikih gradova, pa stoga i distribucija mora biti prilagođena karakteristikama zelenih proizvoda. Potražnja u svijetu i Hrvatskoj raste zbog sve veće svijesti o pozitivnom utjecaju ekološki uzgojene hrane na organizam čovjeka. U radu se analiziraju kanali distribucije koji se koriste u Hrvatskoj i uspoređuju se s onima u svijetu te se provodi istraživanje na uzorku proizvođača zelenih proizvoda kako bi se uvidjelo koji su problemi u distribuciji zelenih proizvoda. Također je provedeno istraživanje među potrošačima kako bi se saznalo koje sve potrebe potrošači imaju te kako bi se moglo podmiriti sve njihove potrebe. Anketirajući potrošače pokazalo se da potrošači ne kupuju zelene proizvode zbog više cijene zelenih proizvoda u odnosu na cijene u prodavaonice te da je blizina prodavaonice ključan čimbenik kupnje. Istraživanje među proizvođačima pokazalo je da većina obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Hrvatskoj koristi izravne kanale distribucije te da proizvođači smatraju da je najisplativija lokalna prodaja zelenih proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

Distribution of green products produced by agricultural family economies is one of the most important factors of success in managing those agricultural economies. Green products are specific because of its short expiration date, sensitivity in transport and because its production is often away from big cities, so their distribution needs to be adapted to the specifics of green products. Demand for ecologically grown food is increasing in Croatia and world in general because of the awareness of the positive influences that ecologically grown food has on the human body. In this paper channels of distribution in Croatia are being analyzed and compared to the world and also a research has been carried out among the producers of green products to find out which difficulties they face in the distribution of green products. Another research has been carried out, but among the consumers to acknowledge their needs and how they could be met. Results of the research among producers and consumers showed that the consumers do not purchase the green products because of higher price in regards to other shops and it had also shown that the key factor for purchase was the vicinity of the shop. Research among producers showed that most of agricultural family economies in Croatia use direct channels of distribution and that they think the local sale of green product is most lucrative one.
