Abstract

Uloga energije i energetskog sektora za napredak gospodarstva uvijek je bila važna te je gospodarski razvoj zemalja, kao i globalni razvoj uvelike ovisio o energiji i resursima koji su se koristili za dobivanje energije. Kako su se u posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća uočile promjene u okolišu te utjecaj proizvodnje energije iz fosilnih goriva na klimu i atmosferu, sve se veći napori ulažu u promjenu načina dobivanja energije i odnosa prema okolišu. Iz tog razloga najviše dolazi do energetske tranzicije i okretanja ka obnovljivim izvorima energije. I dalje se velik dio energije dobiva iz fosilnih goriva, ponajviše iz ugljena, ali je uočljiv rast udjela energije dobivene iz obnovljivih izvora. Kako se za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije moraju postaviti tehnologije koje omogućavaju pretvorbu iz jednog oblika energije u drugi potencijal za stvaranje novih radnih mjesta, koja su u skladu s energetskom tranzicijom, održivim razvojem i definicijom zelenih radnih mjesta je velik i upravo s u ovom radu uspoređuje broj ljudi zaposlenih u tradicionalnim djelatnostima koje spadaju u energetski sektor te broj zaposlenih u industrijama obnovljivih izvora energije te njihovo kretanje kroz određen vremenski period. Uspoređuje se broj ljudi zaposlenih u energetskom sektoru s ostalim djelatnostima u gospodarstvu te se obrađuju podaci o predviđenim novim radnim mjestima koja bi se trebala otvoriti do 2030. godine, a uzrokovano novim tehnologijama i izvorima energije.

Abstract (english)

The influence of energy and the energy sector for economic progress has always been important for the economic development of countries, but also globally has largely depended on the energy and resources we got energy from. As changes in the environment and the impact of energy production from fossil fuels on the climate and atmosphere have been noticed in the last few decades, big efforts are made to change the production of energy and environmental behavior. That is the reason why there is process of energy transition and why we all have to turn towards renewable energy sources. Much of the energy is still gotten from fossil fuels, mostly coal, but it comes to increasing the share of energy produced from renewable sources. In order to use renewable energy sources there must be set technologies that enable the conversion from one form of energy to another. Therefore, there is the possibility of creating many new jobs, which support the energy transition, sustainable development, and the definition of green jobs and it is this work that compares the number of people employed in traditional activities in energy sector and the number of employees in renewable energy industries and their movement over a period. It will also compare the number of people employed in the energy sector with other economic activities and will process data on estimated new jobs that should be created by 2030, caused by new technologies and energy sources.
