Abstract

The main topic covered by this thesis is consumer satisfaction with dental care services in Zagreb, Croatia. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a research and collect the data which could help us better understand customer satisfaction with the services of dental medicine. Customer satisfaction is defined as the level of satisfaction each customer gets from purchasing a product or a service. Customer satisfaction is usually measured through online surveys where customers express their satisfaction, complaints and ideas for future improvement. The paper is based on the data collected in a small scale online research. The research is administrated by an online questionnaire containing seventeen questions. The sample includes 317 participants. The gathered results are conclusive with other similar research which are also explained in the thesis. The main finding is that the level of customer satisfaction with dental health care services in Zagreb, Croatia is high.
