Abstract

Završni rad "Potencijali daljnjeg razvoja luke Ploče" ukratko govor o pomorskom prometu, a posebice o pomorskom kontejnerskom prometu u hrvatskoj i svijetu. Kontejneri, kontejnerizacija i ostale prekrcajne tehnologije sastavni su dio svakog pomorskog prometa teretom. Govori se i o prometnoj infrastrukturi koji čine različiti objekti, putevi i mehanizacija koja pojednostavljuje i ubrzava prometnu uslugu. Povijest pomorskog prometa također se spominje kako bi lakše razumjeli razvoj pomorskog kontejnerskoj prometa u hrvatskoj i svijetu. Spominju se osim luke Ploče i luka Rijeka i luka Split koje su ostale teretne luke u Republici Hrvatskoj. Fokus ovog rada je luka Ploče koja je izgrađena 1945. godine radi povezivanja industriju Bosne i Hercegovine sa izlazom na more. Kroz godine luka Ploče se razvila u jednu od najvećih luka za prijevoz rasutog i tekućeg tereta. analizirana je promet svih vrsta tereta koje prolaze kroz luku Ploče. Daljnji razvoj luke Ploče bazira se izgradnji prometnog koridora V.c. koji prolazi kroz Bosnu u Hercegovinu. Jednako tako, daljnja izgradnja i razvoj terminala, ubrzavanje i pojednostavljenje poslovnog procesa dovodi do razvoja same luke i regije.

Abstract (english)

The final paper "Potentials of further development of the port of Ploče" briefly talks about maritime traffic, and especially about maritime container traffic in Croatia and the world. Containers, containerization and other transhipment technologies are an integral part of any maritime freight transport. There is also talk of transport infrastructure consisting of various facilities, roads and mechanization that simplifies and speeds up the transport service. The history of maritime transport is also mentioned in order to better understand the development of maritime container transport in Croatia and the world. Apart from the port of Ploče, the ports of Rijeka and the port of Split, which are other cargo ports in the Republic of Croatia, are also mentioned. The focus of this work is the port of Ploče, which was built in 1945. to connect the industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina with access to the sea. Over the years, the port of Ploče has developed into one of the largest ports for the transport of bulk and liquid cargo. the traffic of all types of cargo passing through the port of Ploče was analyzed. Further development of the port of Ploče is based on the construction of the traffic corridor V.c. which passes through Bosnia to Herzegovina. Likewise, further construction and development of the terminal, acceleration and simplification of the business process leads to the development of the port and the region itself.
