Abstract

Primjenom različitih dimenzija i tehnika oblikovanja posla omogućava se da se posao učini zanimljivijim, raznolikijim i izazovnijim, a samim time zaposlenici postaju zadovoljniji. Pojava globalizacije, razvoj tehnologije te ubrzan način života i potreba za privatnim životom rezultirali su pojavom fleksibilnih oblika rada. Postoje različite vrste fleksibilnih oblika rada koje su se definirale i istražile u diplomskom radu, kao što su fleksibilno i klizno radno vrijeme, skraćeno radno vrijeme, rad u smjenama, dijeljenje posla, rad na daljinu, sažeti radni tjedan te rad od kuće. Isto tako, objasnili su se pojam i važnost oblikovanja posla i radnog mjesta, kao i elementi oblikovanja posla te dimenzije dizajniranja posla i radnog mjesta i tehnike redizajniranja posla. Anketnim upitnikom ispitala se primjena fleksibilnih oblika rada u malim i srednjim poduzećima u Republici Hrvatskoj, odnosno zastupljenost pojedinih oblika u poduzećima, kao i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika pojedinim fleksibilnim oblicima rada. Istraživanje je pokazalo da su fleksibilni oblici rada i dalje slabo prisutni u malim i srednjim poduzećima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ispitanici su zadovoljni njihovim prisustvom te su otvoreni prema takvim mogućnostima. Točnije, prema provedenom istraživanju fleksibilno radno vrijeme i rad od kuće trebali bi biti rasprostranjeniji.

Abstract (english)

Applying different dimensions and job design strategies allows the job to be made more interesting, diverse and challenging, and thus employees become more satisfied. The emergence of globalization, the development of technology and the accelerated way of life and the need for private life have resulted in the emergence of flexible forms of work. There are different types of flexible forms of work that have been defined and researched in the thesis, such as flexi-time and sliding working hours, part-time work, shift work, job sharing, teleworking, compressed working week and home-based work. Also, the concept and importance of job and workplace design were explained, as well as the elements of job design and the dimensions of job and workplace design and job redesign strategies. The questionnaire examined the application of flexible forms of work in small and medium-sized organizations in the Republic of Croatia, i.e. the representation of certain forms in companies, as well as employee satisfaction with certain flexible forms of work. The research showed that flexible forms of work are still poorly present in small and medium organizations in the Republic of Croatia. Respondents are satisfied with their presence and are open to such opportunities. Specifically, according the research, flexi-time and home-based work should be more prevalent.
