Abstract

Održivi razvoj je razvoj koji zadovoljava potrebe sadašnjosti bez ugrožavanja sposobnosti budućih generacija da zadovolje vlastite potrebe. Kako bi se jasnije definirao i proveo koncept održivog razvoja definirano je 17 globalnih ciljeva. Da bi se zadovoljili postavljeni ciljevi potrebna je suradnja svih aktera društva i želja svakog pojedinca za pozitivnim promjenama. Društveno poduzetništvo je poslovanje temeljeno na načelima društvene, ekološke i ekonomske održivosti u kojemu se ostvarena dobit u cijelosti ili većim dijelom ulaže za dobrobit zajednice. U radu je objašnjena uloga društvenog poduzetništva u ostvarenju globalnih ciljeva održivog razvoja te važnost razvoja i primjene ova dva koncepta. Svjetski i domaći primjeri dobre prakse prikazuju ulogu društvenog poduzetništva u rješavanju društvenih, ekonomskih i ekoloških problema zajednice.

Abstract (english)

Sustainable development is a development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In order to define and implement the concept of sustainable development, 17 global goals have been defined. In order to meet the set goals, the cooperation of all actors in society and the desire of each individual for positive change is necessary. Social entrepreneurship is a business based on the principles of social, environmental and economic sustainability in which realized profit is fully or mostly invested for the benefit of the community. This thesis explains the role of social entrepreneurship in achieving global sustainable development goals and the importance of developing and applying these two concepts. Global and domestic examples of good practice illustrate the role of social entrepreneurship in solving social, economic and environmental problems of the community.
