Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je istražiti perspektive za razvoj fondova socijalnog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj. U prvom dijelu definirani su pojmovi socijalnog poduzetništva i socijalnog poduzetnika te je istaknuta važnost istih za društvo i gospodarstvo u cjelini. Nadalje, uspoređuju se zakonodavni okvir, izvori financiranja i strategije poticanja razvoja socijalnog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj te zemljama Europske Unije. Na temelju navedenog ocjenjuje se stanje socijalnog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj te se navode daljnje preporuke za razvitak ovog potencijalno korisnog sektora za naše gospodarstvo. Konačno, kroz analizu fonda Feelsgood, prvog hrvatskog fonda za ulaganja s društvenim učinkom, proučava se potencijal hrvatskog tržišta za razvoj ovog područja poduzetništva.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to analyze the development perspective of social entrepreneurship funds in Croatia. First part of the paper defines terms of social entrepreneurship and social entrepreneur and highlights their importance in society as well as in the entire economy. Furthermore, the paper compares institutional framework, financing framework and strategies for the development of social entrepreneurship in Croatia and EU members. Based on those data we analyze the position of social entrepreneurship in Croatia and give certain recommendations that could be helpful in future development of this potentially useful sector. Finally, through the analysis of the first Croatian social impact investment fund- Feelsgood fund, we discuss the potential in Croatia for the development of this area of entrepreneurship.
