Abstract

U dinamičnom i promjenjivom okruženju, uloga je kontrolinga pružiti podršku menadžmentu i opskrbiti ga informacijama koje su mu nužne za donošenje odluka. Planiranje je temeljna funkcija menadžmenta, a uloga kontrolinga u planiranju je osiguravanje da ostvareni rezultati odgovaraju planiranima. Hrvatska kontrola zračne plovidbe poduzeće je koje pruža specifičnu vrstu usluge i kao takvo je jedinstveno na hrvatskom tržištu. Ovim se radom želi sustavnim pregledom literature teorijski prikazati funkcija kontrolinga i planiranja u poduzeću, njihovi ciljevi i instrumenti. Istraživački dio rada temelji se na analizi poslovanja Hrvatske kontrole zračne plovidbe, odnosno odjela plana i analize unutar Hrvatske kontrole zračne plovidbe, pri čemu je cilj detektirati funkcije čije bi djelovanje kontroling unaprijedio. Rezultat istraživanja je prijedlog transformacije odjela plana i analize u odjel kontrolinga koji će pridonijeti efikasnijem i efektivnijem radu menadžmenta.

Abstract (english)

In dynamic and changing environment, the role of controlling is to support management and provide it with information that are necessary to make decisions. Planning is a fundamental function of management, and the role of controlling in planning is to ensurethat the results achieved match those planned. Croatia Control Ltd is a company that provides a specific type of service and as such is unique in the Croatian market. This paper aims to systematically review the literature to theoretically present the functions of controlling and planning in the company, their goals and instruments. The research part of the paper is based on the analysis of the operations of the Croatia Control Ltd, ie the planning and analysis department within the Croatia Control Ltd, with the aim of detecting functions whose operation would be improved by controlling. The result of the research is a proposal to transform the plan and analysis department into a controlling department that will contribute to more efficient and effective work of management.
