Abstract

Današnje poslovanje poduzeća obilježeno je brojnim vanjskim i internim utjecajima koji povećavaju izloženost poduzeća brojnim rizicima. Posebice nakon globalne financijske i gospodarske krize iz 2008. godine poduzeća sve više implementiraju modele za bolje anticipiranje i upravljanjem nastalim rizicima. More prikazati primjenu modela integriranog upravljanja rizicima na primjeru poslovanja Grupe Podravka. Prikazom implementacije sustava integriranog upravljanja rizicima u sveobuhvatno poslovanje poduzeća sagledavaju se prednosti i učinci takvog modela. Na kraju se može zaključiti kako Grupa Podravka ima dobro razvijeni model integriranog upravljanja, te nema identificiranih rizika sa značajnijim utjecajem na poslovanje. Less

Abstract (english)

Today, companies are faced with numerous external and internal factors which increase the company's risk exposure. The number of companies which have implemented risk management models, to better anticipate the risk and to decrease the exposure, has increased since the global and financial crisis of 2008.
