Abstract

Razvojem Interneta dolazi do višestrukog porasta značaja Internet trgovine. Trgovina je jedan od najznačajnijih gospodarskih sektora gotovo svakog nacionalnog gospodarstva. U ovom radu razmatrat će se sektor posredovanja u Internet trgovini, te novi trend u online prodaji pod nazivom „dropshipping“. Uz navedeno, razradit će se problematika osnivanja poduzeća te potrebnih koraka za početak online prodaje s „dropshipping“ modelom poslovanja. Razmotrit će se važnost novih načina marketinškog oglašavanja putem društvenih mreža, oživljavanje starih načina oglašavanja putem e-pošte, te kakav utjecaj imaju raznovrsnost u načinima plaćanja i dostave na kupce.

Abstract (english)

With the development of the Internet, there is a multiple increase in the importance of Internet commerce. Trade is one of the most important economic sectors of almost every national economy. This paper will discuss the sector of intermediation in e-commerce, and a new trend in online sales called "dropshipping". In addition, the issue of establishing a company and the necessary steps to start online sales with a "dropshipping" business model will be worked out. The importance of new ways of marketing through social networks, the revival of old ways of advertising by e-mail and the impact of diversity in the methods of payment and delivery to customers will be discussed.
