Abstract

Suvremeni „pametni telefon“ evoluirao je tijekom posljednjeg desetljeća od nove tehnologije do bitnog modernog višenamjenskog alata, kako u profesionalnom, tako i u privatnom životu potrošača. Mobilni telefoni, posebno „pametni telefoni“ mijenjaju način na koji potrošači kupuju. Nove mogućnosti za prikupljanje informacija iz više izvora, provjeravanje dostupnosti, uspoređivanje cijene i lokaliziranje proizvoda i prodavaonice postaju mogući pomoću „pametnih telefona“ i nove podržavajuće ICT infrastrukture. Širenje mobilnih tehnologija ima ogroman utjecaj na obrasce ponašanja u kupovini i vjerojatno će promijeniti paradigmu maloprodaje.
Razvoj kupnje putem mobitela je posljedica rasta mobilnog interneta i evolucije mobitela od jednostavnog komunikacijskog alata s funkcijama poziva i teksta do „pametnog telefona“, gotovo svestranog korisnika. Predmet istraživanja ovog završnog rada jest utjecaj „pametnih telefona“ na studente prilikom online kupovine s naglaskom na čimbenike, stavove i ponašanje studenata prilikom kupnje putem „pametnih telefona“. Rad istražuje i analizira na koji način i u kojoj mjeri studenti koriste „pametne telefone“ tijekom kupnje. Svrha i cilj rada je ukazati kako „pametni telefoni“ utječu na kupovne navike studenata u Hrvatskoj. U ovom radu provedeno je primarno istraživanje putem online anketnog upitnika.

Abstract (english)

The modern "smartphone" has evolved over the last decade from new technology to an essential modern multi-tool, both in the professional and private lives of consumers. Mobile phones, especially "smartphones" are changing the way consumers buy. New opportunities to gather information from multiple sources, check availability, compare prices, and locate products and stores are made possible by smartphones and new supporting ICT infrastructure. The spread of mobile technologies has a huge impact on shopping behavior patterns and is likely to change the retail paradigm. The development of mobile shopping is a consequence of the growth of the mobile internet and the evolution of mobile phones from a simple communication tool with call and text functions to a "smartphone", an almost versatile user. The subject of research of this final paper is the impact of "smartphones" on students when shopping online with an emphasis on factors, attitudes and behavior of students when buying through "smartphones". The paper explores and analyzes how and to what extent students use "smartphones" during purchases. The purpose and goal of the paper is to point out how "smartphones" affect the shopping habits of students in Croatia. In this paper, a primary survey was conducted through an online survey questionnaire.
