Abstract

Ovaj se diplomski rad bavi temeljitom analizom određenih aspekata oporezivanja financijskog sektora Europske Unije, te stavlja naglasak na ključne aspekte istog, od sagledavanja temeljnih karakteristika poreza i sustava oporezivanja, temeljnih načela i pravila dobrog funkcioniranja istog uz osvrt na sam doprinos ovog dijela javnih financija na oporavak od globalne financijske krize.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with a thorough analysis of certain aspects of taxation of the financial sector of the European Union, and emphasizes key aspects of it, from the basic characteristics of taxes and taxation systems, basic principles and rules of its proper functioning with reference to the contribution of this part of public finances to recovery from the global financial crisis.
