Abstract

Razumijevanje poslovne analize poduzeća u zadnje vrijeme sve više dobiva na važnosti zbog sveobuhvatnog i cjelovitog promatranja poduzeća, a i izvan njega. Dugo vremena su u fokusu poduzeća bile isključivo brojčane analize kao prikaz realnosti, fokusirane isključivo na poduzeće. U suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja brojčane analize su i dalje nužne i neizostavne, ali nisu više dovoljne.

Prvim dijelom rada dobit će se uvid u teorijski pregled poslovne analize, odnosno definirat će se poslovna analiza, prikazat će se njezina struktura te će se proći kroz neke od njenih instrumenata.

U drugom dijelu rada promatrat će se okolina poduzeća Omco Croatia d.o.o. prikazana kroz analizu Porterovog modela pet konkurentskih sila, PESTLE analizu i SWOT analizu. Također, analizirat će se financijski izvještaji poduzeća pomoću horizontalne i vertikalne analize kao i analiza uz pomoć financijskih pokazatelja. Na samom kraju donjet će se zaključci o poslovanju poduzeća kao i o potencijalima metaloprerađivačke industrije.

Abstract (english)

Understanding the business analysis of the company has recently become increasingly important due to the complete and comprehensive observation of the company, but also outside the company. For a long time, the focus of the company was exclusively on numerical analysis as a representation of reality, focused exclusively on companies. In modern operations, numerical analysis are still necessary and indispensable, but they are no longer sufficient.

The first part of the thesis will gain insight into the theoretical overview of business analysis. It will also define business analysis and it will show its structure and some of the its most important instruments.

In the second part of the thesis, it will be displayed the environment of the company Omco Croatia d.o.o. shown through Porter’s analysis of the five competing forces model, PESTLE analysis and SWOT analysis. The financial statements of the company will be analyzed using horizontal and vertical analysis as well as analysis of financial indicators. Finally, the business of the company as well as potential of metalworking industries will come to a conclusion.
