Abstract

Ovaj rad prikazuje utjecaj informacijske tehnologije na upravljanje lancima dobave. Tržišno natjecanje iziskuje usvajanje novijih koncepata upravljanja poduzećem poput upravljanje lancima dobave koje je postalo sastavni dio poslovanja. Efikasnim upravljanjem lancem dobave poduzeće može osigurati zadovoljstvo kupaca i konkurentsku prednost. Značajan postotak ukupnih troškova kompanije povezan je s lancem dobave, stoga je vrlo važno razviti strategiju upravljanja lancima dobave. Zbog velikog broja informacija koje se razmjenjuju u svakom lancu dobave, potrebno je osigurati dostupnost informacija. Dostupnost informacija može osigurati informacijska tehnologija. Primjenom informacijske tehnologije omogućuje se dijeljenje informacija sa svim sudionicima lanca dobave, kao i lakše praćenje te upravljanje procesima lanca dobave. Metodom polustrukturiranog intervjua u poduzeću Filion Green d.o.o. prikupile su se i analizirale informacije o poslovnim procesima upravljanja lancima dobave. Predlaže se optimizacija lanca dobave implementacijom adekvatnog sustava za upravljanje resursima poduzeća na Cloud-u.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents the impact of information technology on supply chain management. The competition requires the adoption of newer corporate governance concepts such as supply chain management that has become an integral part of the business. A company can ensure customer satisfaction and competitive advantage by efficient supply chain management. A significant percentage of the company’s total costs are related to the supply chain, so it is very important to develop a supply chain management strategy. Due to the large amount of information exchanged in each supply chain, it is necessary to ensure the availability of information. The availability of information can be ensured by information technology. The application of information technology enables the sharing of information with all participants in the supply chain, as well as easier monitoring and management of supply chain processes. By the method of the semi-structured interview in the company Filion Green d.o.o., information about business processes of supply chain management was collected and analyzed. It is proposed to optimize the supply chain by implementing an adequate Cloud enterprise resources planning system.
