Abstract

Danska teži postizanju potpune energetske neovisnosti. Da bi ostvarila taj put, zadala je niz ciljeva koje treba dostići u točno određenim vremenskim etapama. Točnije, zadani su sljedeći najvažniji ciljevi, do 2030. godine iz proizvodnje električne energije u potpunosti eliminirati naftu i ugljen, do 2035. godine iz obnovljivih izvora energije zadovoljiti sve potrebe za električnom energijom i toplinom, a do 2050. godine iz obnovljivih izvora zadovoljiti sve energetske potrebe u industriji i prometu te time postići nacionalnu strategiju stopostotno obnovljive energetike. Zadani ciljevi baziraju se na energetskoj strategiji korištenja obnovljivih izvora energije, od kojih prednjači energija vjetra kao glavni izvor energije. Kako bi uspjela u zadanom cilju Danska uključuje sve dionike u navedeni proces. Aktivno ulaže u nacionalnu strategiju koja podrazumijeva prelazak na obnovljive izvore, ulaže u razvoj novih tehnologija, u agencije zapošljava stručnjake iz područja istraživanja i razvoja, kreira povoljne preduvjete u pogledu financijske politike, investira u prijenosne mreže, uključuje stanovništvo i lokalnu zajednicu. Edukacijom građana o važnosti energetske neovisnosti potiče lokalne projekte i osnivanje energetskih zadruga. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kako dobro osmišljena energetska strategija na razini države te pametna ulaganja u energetski sektor, mogu dovesti do potpune energetske neovisnosti. U ovome slučaju prikazan je primjer Danske koja je na dobrom putu da isto ostvari uz cjelokupan razvoj gospodarstva te dugoročno očuvanje okoliša.

Abstract (english)

Denmark pursues achieving complete energetic independence. In order to reach such an aim, they have set certain goals to accomplish in exact temporal intervals. To be precise, the principal objectives are: to completely eliminate oil and coal from electrical energy production by 2030, to use exclusively renewable energy sources for production of electric energy and heat by 2035, to use exclusively renewable energy sources in industry and transport by 2050. These three milestones would accomplish national strategy of one-hundred-percent renewable energetic. These objectives are based on energetic strategy of using renewable energy sources, with the wind energy as the main source. Denmark is involving all the stake holders in the process in order to achieve these goals. They invest actively in the national strategy that presupposes transition to renewable energy sources and also in new technology development. Agencies employ experts in research and development, they create favorable preconditions regarding financial policy, invest in mobile networks, involve residents and local communities. By educating their residents, they encourage local projects and incite forming of energetic cooperatives. The aim of this paper is to present how a country’s well-designed energetic strategy and smart investments in energetic sector can lead to complete energetic independence. Here we discuss Denmark, which is very close to achieving that independence, along with economic development and long-term environmental preservation.
