Abstract

Sport je vrlo važan za ljudsku rekreaciju i zdravlje te postoje mnogi klubovi koji se bave
pružanjem različitih vrsta sportskih usluga. S vremenom se sport razvio do većih razmjera, pa
je bilo potrebno usavršiti disciplinu u menadžmentu koja će se pobliže baviti reguliranjem
poslovnih procesa u klubovima i organizacijama koje se bave sportom, pa je stoga nastao
sportski menadžment. Svaki sportski menadžer treba vlastitim aktivnostima provoditi
određene poslovne procese koje zasigurno nastoji dovesti na višu razinu, pa u tom kontekstu,
sportski menadžment ima zadaću da poveže sport s procesima okrupnjavanja i sličnim
procesima. Menadžment u sportu ima drugačiji vid nego druge vrste menadžmenta, jer je
usko specijaliziran i ima ulogu koordinacije resursa sportskih klubova, kako bi isti naučili
efikasnije pružati svoje usluge. Predmet ovog rada stoga je istražiti praksu upravljanja
poslovnim procesima sportskih klubova u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu.

Abstract (english)

Sport is very important for human recreation and health, and there are many clubs that
provide various sports. Over time, sport has developed to a greater extent, so it was necessary
to improve the discipline in management, which will deal more closely with the regulation of
business processes in clubs and organizations that deal with sports, and therefore the
emergence of sports management. Every sports manager must implement certain business
processes through his own activities, which he certainly seeks to bring to a higher level, so in
this context, sports management has the task of connecting sports with consolidation
processes and similar processes. Sports management has a different aspect than other types of
management, because it is narrowly specialized and has the role of coordinating the resources
of sports clubs, so that they learn to provide their services more efficiently. The subject of this
paper is therefore to investigate the practice of business process management of sports clubs
in Croatia and abroad.
