Abstract

Građevinski se sektor u Republici Hrvatskoj suočava s manjkom radne snage već godinama. Poticanje poduzetništva i samozapošljavanje neki su od načina kojima se može povećati udio radne snage u građevinskom sektoru. Cilj je ovoga rada istražiti i pojednostaviti proces osnivanja građevinskoga obrta. Rad se bavi temom poslovne ideje i analizira stanje građevinskoga sektora u Hrvatskoj te opću održivost navedene poduzetničke ideje. Također, rad opisuje situacije u kojima je korisnije otvoriti društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću, odnosno jednostavno društvo s ograničenom odgovornoš, no naglasak je na prednostima obrta. U nastavku se navode troškovi pokretanja i vođenja obrta te pravne i računovodstvene obveze koje osnivači obrta moraju ispuniti. Poslovni i financijski plan analizirani su u općenitom smislu bez konkretnoga specificiranja zanimanja i troškova. Proces dobivanja poticaja također je detaljno objašnjen. Zaključak predstavlja osvrt na prethodna poglavlja u kojem se objedinjuju prednosti i nedostaci (vođenja i osnivanja) građevinskoga obrta. Državni nameti i porezi za obrte vrlo su niski u usporedbi s drugim poslovnim subjektima. Otvaranje, zatvaranje i administrativno vođenje obrta izuzetno su jednostavni i ne iziskuju velike troškove. Državni su poticaji visoki (do 100.000 kn za jednu osobu) i relativno se lako dobivaju. Vlasnik odgovara na obveze obrta vlastitom imovinom te se iz toga razloga ne preporučuje ulazak u kapitalno intenzivne poslove.

Abstract (english)

The construction sector in the Republic of Croatia has been in demand of workforce for years. Enticing entrepreneurship and self-employment are some of the ways to increase workforce numbers in the construction sector. The main goal of this paper is to research and simplify the process of establishing a construction craft business. The paper covers the topic of a business idea and analyses the state of the construction sector in Croatia, as well as, the general sustainability of the aforementioned business idea. Also, the paper analyses situations when it is more profitable to establish a limited liability company, or a simple limited liability company, but the focus remains on the advantages of a craft business. In addition to this, the paper sums up the expenses of starting and running a craft business. Futhermore, it's legal and accounting obligations which the founders of the craft business must fulfill. Business and financial planning are processed in a general sense without concrete specifications of professions and costs. The process of acquiring state benefits is intricately summed up as well. The conclusion is a review of previous chapters that sums up the advantages and disadvantages of (running and establishing) a construction craft business. State taxes for craft businesses are low in comparison to other types of businesses. Establishing, closing and administrative managing is simple and doesn't require large expenses. Government incentives are large (up to 100.000 kn for a single person) and relatively easy to obtain. The owner of a craft business is responsible for it's obligations, which is why it's not recommended to enter capitally invasive projects.
