Abstract

Društveno poduzetništvo način je poslovanja koji je povezan sa željom za društvenim promjenama. Ono što ga razlikuje od poduzetništva u strogom smislu jest činjenica da glavni cilj društvenog poduzetnika nije postizanje dobiti, već primjena rješenja koja vode ka poboljšanju kvalitete života za što više ljudi. Društveno poduzetništvo stoga nema za cilj pružanje potpore kategorijama koje se obično smatraju “ugroženima” te stoga nije preusmjereno na jednostavno područje socijalne skrbi, već pokušava pružiti učinkovita rješenja za konkretne probleme ciljem postizanja višeg oblika društvenog blagostanja. Društveno poduzetništvo važno je jer pruža okvir poduzećima da ostvare vlastiti uspjeh pomažući drugima. U ovom radu se obrađuje problematika društvenog poduzetništva i društvenih inovacija, s posebnim osvrtom na Republiku Hrvatsku. Analiza društvenog poduzetništva u RH zaokružena je SWOT analizom na kraju rada.

Abstract (english)

Social entrepreneurship is a way of doing business that is associated with a desire for social change. What distinguishes it from entrepreneurship in the strict sense is the fact that the main goal of a social entrepreneur is not to achieve profitable implementation of solutions that lead to improving the quality of life for as many people as possible. Social entrepreneurship therefore does not aim to support categories that are usually considered “vulnerable” and is therefore not redirected to a simple area of social welf are seeks to provide effective solutions to specific problems in order to achieve a higher form of social welfare. Social entrepreneurship is important because it provides a framework for companies to achieve their own success by helping others. This paper deals with the issue of social entrepreneurship and social innovation, with special reference to the Republic of Croatia. The analysis of social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia is rounded off with a SWOT analysis at the end of the paper.
