Abstract

U diplomskom radu se istražilo zadovoljstvo sudionika sportskog događaja destinacijom u kojoj se održava. Točnije, donio se zaključak koje su sve turističke sadržaje najčešće posjećivali i koliko oni utječu na zadovoljstvo te koliko pojedini elementi atraktivnosti utječu na njihovo zadovoljstvo i hoće li ponoviti posjet u privatnom aranžmanu. Turizam i sport su društveno-ekonomske pojave koje se međusobno isprepliću i utječu jedna na drugu. Današnje društvo sve više teži sportu i rekreaciji te sportski događaj postaje jedan od primarnih motiva posjeta turističkoj destinaciji, no ako ponuda izvan sportskog događaja nije razvijena, veća je vjerojatnost da zadovoljstvo sudionika neće doseći maksimalnu razinu. U svrhu istraživanja zadovoljstva turističkom destinacijom kao instrument koristio se anketni upitnik na namjernom prigodnom uzorku. Anketa je namijenjena natjecateljima i svim ostalim sudionicima većeg sportskog događaja (gledatelji, dionici u pružanju proizvoda ili usluga – prodaja karata, suvenira, hrane, pića, medicinsko osoblje, suci, treneri, volonteri i dr.). Provedeno istraživanje pokazalo je da su sudionici sportskog događaja najviše posjećivali kafiće u centru grada i kafiće u neposrednoj blizini stadiona/dvorane te da izniman utjecaj na njihovo zadovoljstvo, osim razvijene ugostiteljske ponude, ima gostoljubivost pružatelja proizvoda i usluga, osoblja u smještajnom objektu i mještana. Nadalje, pokazalo je da razvijenost ponude destinacije u kojoj se održava sportski događaj ima veliki utjecaj na ponovni posjet, dok zadovoljstvo organizacijom sportskog događaja, osim velikog utjecaja na ponovni posjet, ima veliki utjecaj i na imidž turističke destinacije.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, satisfaction of sport event participants with a tourist destination was investigated. A conclusion was made about which tourism contents and elements participants involve in their trip and how that affects their satisfaction.Tourism and sport are two socio-economics phenomens that interwine and affects each other. Today's society strives to sport and recreation and sport event is becoming one of the major motives of visiting the tourist destination. If the tourism offer outside the sporting event is not developed it is more likely that satisfaction of sport event participants will not reach it's maximum. For the purpose of this research, a survey questionnaire on a deliberate sample was used as an instrument. The survey is intended for competitors and all other participants in a major sport event (spectators, stakeholders - ticket sales, souvenirs, food, beverages, medical staff, judges, coaches, volunteers, etc.) The research showed that the participants of the sports events mostly visited coffee shops in the city center and coffee shops near the stadium/hall. Also, besides the developed catering offer, the hospitality of employees, staff in the accommodation facility and locals has an exceptional impact on their satisfaction. Furthermore, it showed that the development of the tourism offer has a great impact on the revisit, while satisfaction with the organization of the sport event, in addition to a great influence on the revisit, has a great impact on the image of the tourist destination.
